My RTM Strategy:
1. Selling Online
Advantages:
- Promoting the company via YouTube and other social media platforms
- Subscription service purchased through the website - Easy and accessible
- No need for travelling to promote/market the business
- Keep close contact with customers
Disadvantages:
- Potential customers may not be interested in my business
- More work for me in terms of marketing the business
- Potential customers can ignore the advertising very easily (clicking off pop up ads, skipping through video ads)
I will promote my business through social media platforms as it is the easiest and most efficient method in advertising companies, products, services, etc. I will use many platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and more! I can use YouTube to make short videos advertising each course in animation that my business will offer, showcase student demo reels, and demo reels from teachers/animators who have worked in the industry before.
It's easy to promote my business online as there is no need for anyone to travel anywhere to market my business, everything is now done in the digital world and has made it simple to do.
