Evaluation: We were tasked to create a short stop motion film as part of our skills development. We had full creative liberty to decide how we made this film, what it'll be about and how it'll be executed. We decided to go with using Lego for the film. We started out with planning what the plot will be about, which we decided to go for the idea of a guy being mean to people and facing the consequences of his actions. After that, we started to write a small script so we knew what the main character (Tanner) would say to each character he interacts with. We then layed out the set we built across a table and positioned the camera in a certain spot and left it there for each scene to make sure the film works as it should. In between each frame we would move the character slightly and then take a picture of it, and repeat the same process throughout the entire time we produced this film. Loading… Results: Over half of the people that responded to my questionnaire are over the age of 18, the others that said no are likely within the ages 16-17, which is within the target demographic of my business. 6 of the respondents to my questionnaire are female, 7 of them are male and the others are either non-binary or undefined. This shows that the majority of people who answered my questionnaire are male. 73.3% of the people who did my questionnaire have experience in making 3D animations, which is a good thing because it shows that if they're willing to be a part of my animation school, they'll be more likely to succeed because they have more experience and knowledge in 3D Animation. However, even if any students who join my school haven't had experience, it's perfectly fine since that is what my business is about - teaching people how to create 3D animations. 80% of people have said that they don't have experience and they would like to learn 3D animation...

Mission: To guide beginner animators down their path in building up their skills and help them become talented, aspiring creators for themselves or for the film industry. I wanted my mission statement to show a clear understanding in what the goal of my business is and what it does. Since my business is partly an animation school, I wanted it to show that my studio offers this support to those who wish to learn animation and show them that my business wants to make a difference and can give its students the support they need. Vision: To build a worldwide community of animators who desire to bring their own original stories to life as well as create original stories with meaning and with memorable characters for people of all ages to enjoy. I wanted my vision statement to show the world that my studio is dedicated and determined to be the best it can be, as well as show that my studios cares more about its audience and to give them something that they can enjoy watching, rat...
